This package consists of 5 steps;

You can only do this program if you have already completed a daytime program with Babysleepstar and wishing to now get night time help and if your child already self settles during the day , before purchasing please confirm with Babysleepstar that you child is self settling for the day/bedtime sleep.

Step 1 – Preliminary telephone consultation

one-four days before your program starts, Babysleepstar will contact you to discuss the main concerns/issues you have with your child’s sleep, and how you would like these to be resolved.

Step 2 – Child’s routine log

Babysleepstar requires a 48-hour log of your child’s routine prior to the commencement of the program. Once we have received this we can then set up a plan for your child.

Step 3 – Telephone consultation

The night before your program begins we will have an in-depth telephone consultation with you to get you prepared for day 1 of sleep training.

Step 4 – The program begins

1st call is day one when your child is in bed for the night we have a chat about different scenarios on what to do for that night, we need to ease your child into sleeping through the night slowly over the course of 7 nights.

The morning day 2 and each day of the program , you will SMS Babysleepstar on how the night went. We then repeat the steps until day 7.

Step 5 – Getting the best results

For best results, use your new settling techniques/routines consistently for at least 2-3 weeks after completion of the program.

NB: Most children over 7 months will sleep through the night after a 7-day phone program but I cannot guarantee it will work that quickly for your child. It is important to be consistent with the routine and methods Babysleepstar tailors to your child. The more consistent you are, the quicker your child will sleep through the night.
